If the Link Officer - I (column 2) is not available for any reason, the Link Officer - II (column 3) will hold the charges of the said officer at Column 1. Further, it is ordered that if both the Link Officer - I & II are absent on leave on account of tour etc of the same column, the charges will be looked after by the Link Officer - I of the next row and would follow chronologically
